GL-MT6000 IOT WIFI problem

So today i tried to setup a iot wifi for my iot devices

Same settings as the master wifi : WPA2-PSK/WPA3-SAE but obviously different password the password is |aZd43£0<:BO (i just report if it’s too complex :wink: )

Tried to connect to iot wifi with my phone no problem

Tried several times with a google nest mini gen 2 no luck (It attempts to connect to the IoT Wi-Fi indefinitely)

If i try to connect to wifi master no problem

What’s the problem?

Edit: updated from 4.90 rel 05/06 to 29/06 no luck, changed password with 123star# no luck

Edit2:changed ssid name with an easy one (antenna 5g) no luck

Edid3: Even though all devices have worked fine on the main Wi-Fi network (using WPA2/WPA3-SAE) until now, I decided to try setting the IoT Wi-Fi network to WPA2 as a final test.

Still, the device fails to connect.

Sometimes, however, the Google Nest v2 gives me an error stating that the device and the phone aren't connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
At this point, I don't know what else to do...
Any ideas?

DIsabled AP isolation and finally worked

But i was on the same network, why i need to disable ap isolation if my mobile and nest mini was on the same iot network?

Edit: btw if i set my phone device to main wifi also with ap isolation disabled google home can’t find the device…

So to control google nest my phone device must ben on the same iot wifi network with ap isolation off?

FYI, AP isolation is a key security feature to IoT networks. It keeps cheap IoT devices that rarely get security patches from compromising your overall network.

If AP isolation blocks functionality, you should move your Nest device to the main network.

Thank you, i have 5 google devices and four Tapo (smartplug, camera etc)

So they will stay on main wifi

Expanding my reply a little.

I have smart light switches, air conditioners, air purifiers, digital clocks, etc on my IoT network. I'm still able to control them with their respective apps. If I remember correctly, I temporarily disabled AP isolation to setup them up.

My PCs, smartphones, tablets are on the primary network. As well as my Android TV boxes so I can cast videos to them.
