Hi there:
I am having trouble with my iPhone not properly tethering to an Opal.
I did get it to work once... but then after disconnecting it now won't reconnect.
Plugging using lightening to USB 2 doesn't even charge the iPhone. So I assume that means it's not being recognized at all.
I have tried several different cables, including the one that originally worked. I've rebooted both devices many times.
Any other suggestions?
Hi,
Please refer to this troubleshooting document for testing.
By the way, if you have another phone available, such as an Android phone or other iPhone with Type-C power input, you may give it a try.

Hi there - I tried everything int the troubleshooting... and another phone. None work unfortunately
You may be able to view the router's system logs while connected to the router and phone using USB.
It may be a USB interface problem
By the way, what are the models of the two mobile phones you tested?
