I have a problem with my GL X3000, The SIM I have, from Xenet which is using Orange Spain network, is not getting internet when I put it in.
The SIM works fine on a phone and in other routers like an old Huawei but not in the GL-X3000. The GL-X3000 works well with other SIM carriers I have.
I can see that the SIM gets registered, gets coverage and reach the closes tower but it is not getting internet connection. I am not sure about the root cause of the issue but it seems the GL-X3000 is not processing well the information received from Xenet. It stays all the time in "connecting" status.
The fact is that I am configuring the GL-X3000 to use only IPv4, but I am still getting the ipv6 error. I tried different configurations:
IPV4
IPV6
Both
Blocking bands
All end up in the same result. Even running on the latest or beta firmware for router and modem didn´t helped. I read other topics and tried fixes that worked for other of you but didn´t seem to work in my case. I also tried to swap the imei of the router, same result other sims worked but not this one.
What Software version you are running I was running a Beta software version with Tmobile I rebooted the device an had the same issue I had to restore back to 4.7.4 which resolved my issue
I will try that version you are mentioned, I tested with the stock, latest stable and latest beta 4.8.3. None of them work
I tested with other SIM cards, some of them work straight away, o2 for example works totally fine and catch up the profile, config and intener connectivity in seconds
Others like orange is not working well, yesterday I put the Orange SIM car in and the error and information was simillar than with Xenet

Thim SIM card from orange works totally fine on phones and other 4g router I have
So that, and because this issue only happens with a spefic carrier on this router, my guess are the connectivity issues are related to the way the GL X3000 is processing the information received from the carrier
tested 4.7.4 version, the issue i am suffering with Orange and Xenet is exactly the same, than in latest beta
Also tested both sims in another router, a huawei b525s-23a, internet works fine with both carriers, but this router is old and is not supporting 5g and wifi6
