Hello. Tried upload modem firmware and get this error.
Use few different pc, modem firmwares.
Which modem firmware do you want to upload?
Tried all firmwares.
Problem fixed after full router reset to default from menu.
I encountered the same issue and found a solution. You can resolve it by logging in through ssh and creating a directory /tmp/upgrade_cellular.
