GL-X3000 not powering on

Hi everyone!
A friend transports waste and found a GL-X3000 lying around, it was sealed so he thought to give it a go. Unfortunately (but not with much surprise I guess) it does not power on. I tried checking the power brick with a multimeter (and it seems ok), and I even disassembled it to check for visible problems but it all seems fine.
Basically, no matter what I do, I can’t get even a single LED to light up; do you have some suggestions to identify the problem, or things to try?

Since it already belonged to a landfill we could just throw it away, but it would be great if I could give it a new life.

Thank you!
