Well, I did a little “Googling” and found that there are others who seemed to have had this issue, and it appears to be something to do with the firmware of the MODEM itself, and the need for an upgrade there. The solution is a bit technical for some, but it proved to work. As it was not my first rodeo in doing the SSH into a device, I didn’t feel worried about doing this.
