Hi all, trying two vpn providers and none is working. I believe it is a firmware issue (current firmware 4.0 beta 2)

every server tried shows connecting… and never connects

We conducted local testing using the X3000 v4.8.2 beta2 firmware, and both the WireGuard Client and OpenVPN Client are working properly.

Please check the following:

  1. Do other devices connected to the same network, such as your phone, encounter the same issue when using the same configuration file?
  2. If so, the issue may be due to an incorrect configuration file, network restrictions, or the server being down.
  3. Try using your phone’s mobile data to see if it can connect.
  4. If it works on mobile data, then it is likely a network-related issue.

What vpns providers are you talking about?

What errors do you get?

What protocols are said VPN providers using?

My mistake excuse me. am talking about windscribe which is also broken in flint 2 with all available firmware as of today

Could you tell us what firmware version your Flint 2 is currently running, and provide some screenshots so we can better understand the issue?

We tested it locally using Flint 2 v4.8.4, and Windscribe connected without any issues.

For example, any relevant screenshots and the specific steps you took to use Windscribe.

Also, have you tried the troubleshooting steps we suggested earlier? These apply to any issues with WireGuard clients:
