GL-X750V2 (Spitz): Unable to disable wifi. (v3.212)

I just got a GL-X750V2 that came with firmware v3.211 installed and in the admin panel, I was able to disable both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi successfully.

Today I did an upgrade to firmware v3.212 and selected the option to reset to defaults per the recommendation, however when I go in to disable both the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz wifi now, the 5 GHz will turn off but the 2.4 GHz continues to stay active.

Should I downgrade back to v3.211? Thanks!

Does the wifi turn on on the UI but still broadcast signal?

Or you cannot turn it off on the UI at all?

When I try to turn off the 2.4 GHz wifi, the UI states it is off but the wifi is indeed still on. Flipping the switch in the UI does cause the 2G light to turn off for a few seconds, but it turns on again shortly after.

I downgraded to v3.211 again (and did a factory reset) and verified that on that version when I turn off the wifi and the UI shows that it is off, it is indeed off.
