Im running several XE3000 devices. All of them are running in a failover configuration with wired Internet connection on the wan port and a 5G connection as a backup.
I've noticed that in one of the devices (i still would have to test the rest) the battery does not charge if the device is running. It seemed to be stuck at 55%, so power cycled the router and it charged until it reached 85% and got stuck there again.
Is there any kind of battery management that prevents it from charging? In the other xe3000 I'm running the CPU temp is usually around 70c, and the battery is normally 40c. In this specific device the cpu temp is also 70 but the battery is sitting at 46c.
Even though Im running the devices powered 24/7, id like to have the battery as a backup in case of power outages.
