The latest firmware for the cellular module can be obtained from the quectel forum.

If the current cellular network is working properly, it does not need to upgrade the module firmware.
Many customers have reported that cellular attach unstable after upgrading module firmware. I assume in some network environments, the latest firmware may not provide the optimal cellular network experience.

With the new firmware my outgoing speed has increased.The maximum output became 170 megabits.Apparently the aggregation options have been changed in the new firmware.Seems to work well

I sent my firmware number and they determined the firmware for my module.
I'm afraid to install other firmware
@bruce is correct, it is really trial and error with your provider and the firmware. Find a combination that is stable and leave it there unless there is an issue at a later date.
