AT+CCLK?
Will get the system time from the network, and this is GPS/GNSS time from the serving cell.
That being said - yes, it is possible perhaps - need to add GPSd, and the full ntpd packages, and configure them.
With the Quectel module - you’ll have to check the datasheet and AT command documents to see if that module supports the end-points needed (and how to configure if supported)
