Good Cloud and Devices showing online but timeout

The devices in the Good Cloud show as online but always show device response time out when trying to connect to them

The site to site keeps saying “Device Shailer Park LAN IP or routes changed, stop and then start network to take effect.”

But when I log on to the device directly it says the tunnel is up? I assume because the Cloud is having trouble connecting to the Device correctly it cant figure out if the tunnel is up or not.

What am I doing wrong? FYI FW is

For the cloud I suggest that you can email to our support to find out. We may ask some info from you so the forum is not good.
