Hi. I'm new here, so almost certainly my mistake!
I just installed two KVMs to test, and both show that they're bound to the cloud. But - if I look at GoodCloud on the web, logging in with the same user, it shows no devices bound.
What am I missing? And when I've got that sorted, am I only able to control the devices themselves, or actually access the machines they're connected to as KVM? I mean remotely, not on the local LAN.
Thanks.
Here is the thing: KVMs actually use Goodcloud for device connection and management. But now Goodcloud didn't provide an interface to manage KVMs yet. We only provide a app (GLKVM) which you can login and connect your KVMs remotely.
But later we will provide dashboard in Goodcloud to manage KVMs, especially when you have multiple devices.

Thanks for the quick reply.
So how do I connect to the remote device through the KVM? Do I need to VPN into the destination network and access as if on the LAN, or set up port forwarding? Or is there another way I can access my devices that are connected to the KVMs?

You need to download the app (windows or macOS) and bind your device. Then you can control the kvm remotely. Don’t need to set up any VPN etc.
