Goodcloud timeout of 30000ms exceeded

trying to access Goodcloud, the site loading is extremely slow and once I enter the credentials I get the error attached.


From the page https://glinet-status.admon.in.ua/ there don't seem to be any problems, could you still check?

Are you trying to access the website using VPN or any special connection?

Simple connection, both by fiber and mobile.
Today it is working again, it can be closed :slightly_smiling_face:

Service was down this morning!

Server (EU) are down right now? Tried 20x times, same error.

Hi, my connection requests are successful, EU server too

EU works fine for me as well.

Do you use op24 firmware? Imho it does not fully support the remote featured yet.

We can also login to EU Servers, but complete WebUI is extremely slow, at changes on s2s tunnels are 30000ms timeouts…

We can not do any changes in GoodCloud since Saturday, so we can´t connect to our customers since an half week. So many money is gone.
Support is not replying us, really bad!
