Hi, long story short, a VPN got stuck on the router and was automatically on all devices. After hours working with Surfshark there was no solution. They never got back to me, so I figured the easiest thing to do would be to reset the router and just start new. Now it will not connect to wifi AT ALL and i have got to have it working with a functioning VPN by 6amCST. I followed instructions to debrick but the IP address to run the fix is the same as my modem, so when i type in 192.168.1.1, it takes me to the internet provider's modem admin page....just like 8.1 takes you to the GLi router. And, if I connect to my wifi network that is connected to the internet, it kicks me out of the admin page. If i connect through the default GL wifis (2.4 & 5g), there's no connection. I have 6 hours to figure out how to get this router to function or i will lose my job. Any help is so very appreciated!!!

I don't really understand what happen and what you did then to fix it?
Where is the current issue located? Which WiFi does not work correctly?

I did a hard reset. Now the router won't comnect to wifi. It just says "connected to interface, unable to connect to internet"

Check the network settings of the router and try to do some basic troubleshooting, see How to get support quickly

I have done everything. I just spent 5 hours chatting with Surfshark because one of the VPN connections was stuck on, why I eventually did the hard reset. I need to debrick it but the IP address just takes me to my modem's (through the ISP) admin page. Same IP.

And i downloaded a firmware update right before i did the factory reset. I dont know if that is the issue. The weird thing is the light is solid like it's functioning fine

What do you mean by "same IP"?
Which IPs are the same?
