How can I enter B1300 Uboot Web UI

Can anybody help me how can I enter B1300 Uboot Web UI, I want to flash the firmware?

It is the same as other router.

Connect one cable
Hold the reset button
Power on
Wait the LED flashes several times then another led light up
Change ip of pc to 192.168.1.2
Access the UI at 192.168.1.1
