How do I disable encryption?

Hello, I apologize if this has already been answered, but how do I disable completely my router’s (GL-AR20) encryption so that it is an open network? I’m trying to connect some devices to it that get slowed down by having to connect through wpa or other connections requiring passwords.

go to http://192.168.8.1/cgi-bin/luci and then type your password in the field.

after you´ve logged in go to Network - Wifi
then you edit the Access Point by clicking edit after that scroll a little bit down and there is a field with “Interface configuration” under there is “Wireless Security” set it to: No Encryption
