How do I flash a brand new GL-B1300

I am waiting for me new GL-B1300, so no need to save anything. I would like to use the latest stock-firmware. How can I do this? Do I need a pc or can it be done by an usb-memory stick? Is it recommended to install tftp on my ubuntu-linux-box (18.04). Any link to read is welcome.

I cannot find a howto for flashing there.

I have theGL-B1300 now and it looks like, I have the newest stock-firmware. It says 2.272

But in the advance section I see Chaos Calmer 15.05.1, so this is 3 years old.
