How do I set up access lists on GL-AR750S-Ext - SLATE

My security camera was hacked and I am trying to secure the network. I need to block outbound traffic to UDP port 32100. I have looked in settings and advanced settings for access lists and cannot find them. Where are they?

Go to luci (advanced settings) → network->firewall-> traffic rule

I hadn’t seen this reply before today. Wouldn’t the firewall rule in the image let everyone on the internet connect to my dhcp server and log onto my LAN?

The image is telling you where to set up firewall rules, not to let you set exactly the same as in the image.

The rules does not let any device connect to your lan.
