How to delete my GoodCloud account?

Hello,
I no longer use GoodCloud and I want my GoodCloud account to be permanently deleted. I contacted GoodCloud support a while ago and I still didn’t get a response.

Please send your user name and email with your register email to Goodcloud, we need to check it and then delete it for you.
