I have MT300N. I want to use it get China IP address from oversea. How to set up?

Have your MT300N in china at a location with a fixed IP. Then you can setup a VPN to there and you have a chinese IP.
OR you pay for a VPN service and choose for a chinese location of the provider to route all your trafic from the router.
