How to manual refresh the DDNS resolving address through remote access?

I have not in touch with the router since I am working from home now, I know the address through goodcloud.xyz, but the result by ping myddns.glddns.com and dslookup myddns.glddns.com 8.8.8.8, I can refresh the DDNS after disabling and enabling the DDNS service but the enabling part need to perform by my colleague, so I need a method to refresh the DDNS resolving address without enabling/ disabling the DDNS service.

Editing the Host file is not preferred.

As you know the IP address of the router, can you just use the IP without ddns?

Some part of my process setting need to use fixed address, thus I need to have DDNS address instead of IP.
