I need to open port 44158 for my hotspot device, how can I do that?

You mean on 4G devices right? Carrier may not give you a public IP so opening port may do nothing.

You can either ask for a public IP (generaly with specific data plan, sim card and apn) or use vpn, then open the port from the vpn interface

When you connect vpn, there is an option “Access Local Network”.
