I have GL.iNet RM1 and shortcut Ctrl Alt Del does not work

I have an old Dell server and I have attached the KVM using both a VGA->HDMI adapter and also a USB c to normal USB for mouse and keyboard.

Everything looks good but the shortcut for Control Alt Delete (well any) does not register.

I do wonder if the keyboard is at fault via the shared USB as it's normally one plug for keyboard and one for mouse.

Mouse I see moving on the screen.

Any ideas why I am having this issue?

You can use the custom shortcut keys in the toolbar

Can you confirm that any keyboard signals are making to the box?

On the Mac I found to control a Windows server, I had to start the windows virtual keybaord, press Control and option on the left hand side of the Mac keybaord and then click the Del button the virutal keyboard. Hope this helps.
