Imagebuilder UI error

I’ve been using the imagebuilder to add some additional scripts and packages to 3.024. It has been several months since I’ve built a new image, but had the need today, and when I did and flashed the resulting file, I can no longer access either the GL UI or Luci.

Has something changed with the imagebuilder that I need to update to compile a new image with UI functionality?

Similar to the issue described in this git post, I can access via SSH but not the web UIs

libcrypto.so.1.0.0

Seems this is due to problem of upgrading ssl library.
