I don't know how i end up in this hole.
But a firmware reset of the device did the tricks and allow me to connect the IPSEC/L2TP tunnel \o/
in the meanwhile i learn a lot about NAT-T and ESP packet.
Moral of the story, don't improvise me as network engineer !
