Is Convexa-B (GL-B1300) not admin accessible on same LAN segment?

My LAN is 10.x.x.x. The Convexa-B (GL-B1300) is connected to my ethernet router via my LAN switch. I want to be able to access the Convexa-B (GL-B1300) for admin purposes. But it won’t allow me to assign it an IP address on the 10.x.x.x segment. I end up having to take my laptop, which I have configured to access the default 192.168.8.X subnet on in order to log in. Is there a way to access rthe Convexa-B (GL-B1300) from the same subnet or is this a security feature?

In Router network mode, you should be able to set a LAN IP address in the 10.x.x.x subnet, according to the online guide:

I do not work for and I do not have formal association with GL.iNet

Do you want to access B1300 rom the switch network? i.e. from the wan side.

You need to open port 80 on B1300 otherwise it is rejected.

@Alzhao. thanks. i will give this a try.

You may consider opening port 22 also, which will allow you to SSH and WinSCP into the router.

Sorry for my late response. I’m able to access my Convexa-B (GL-B1300) over my LAN now. Thanks.
