Is it worth doing extroot on MT1300 beryl?

I wonder if the microSD card is faster than the built-in memory and vice versa. Has anyone ever tried to compare it?

I guess the big advantage for extroot is being able to install big / more software packages as the flash storage is relatively “small”… other than that I’ve not found flash I/O to be an issue on my beryl. But I also do not do much flash I/O stuff so YMMV.

Internal flash is slow in write but fast in read.

External storage is not stable but speed should be just OK.
