Issue when pressing Command + V

Hello,

I have a GL-RM1 (latest firmware 1.8.2.release1) connected to a mac and controlled by another mac. When I press Command + V it works but if I release V and keep holding Command the KVM keeps pasting indefinitely.

To replicate the issue open a text editor, type a word e.g. “hello“, copy it and then try to paste it by pressing Command + V, then release only V, you should see hello copied over and over like hellohellohellohello… until you finally release the Command button.

Is there a way to avoid this behavior? I prefer the normal behavior that the text is pasted only once if I press both Command and V.

BTW this is not specific for Command + V, I see the same behavior for Command + any other key

Please enable Bad Link Mode to see if that resolves the issue.

Turn on bad link mode.

Browsers on Mac cannot detect the release of key combinations, which is an issue with Mac browsers. It can only be resolved through a workaround, which means once you use the key combination, it is assumed that you release it immediately. This is what bad link mode do.
