Looks like this post proved a point! I’d love to see some real-world reviews and usage. I want to replace my old Google WiFi devices from 2016 and Velica is a candidate, but without independent reviews it makes it a bit hard. I’ve got two Slates that work well, and based on the specifications the Velica adds up, but who knows…

So, I have one and a convexa. But I see no one posting about it. Which is sort of weird to me.

They work fine for me. I just wish the mesh set up saw that the convexa was a convexa, and not a Velica.

Looking forward to more updates and discussions on them.
