Keep on connected without internet on Slate AX after connected PIA?

Hi,

Am having a difficulty issue keep on connected without internet on Slate AX after connected PIA? After disconnected the PIA then the wifi is connected as several times on this morning.

May i know what is going on with it?

For future reference please include firmware version.
So you are running 4.x is it a stable build, beta, or snapshot?
Which WiFi band 2.4Ghz or 5 Ghz?
What is the bandwidth of the channel?
Location of the device?
Proximity of device to other similular devices(Do you live in a rural or heavy developed metropolitan area?
Is the device being used as a router or repeater?
For the VPN:
Have you selected the best Server?(is it the closest ,fastest, least congested)
Are you using OpenVPN or Wiregaurd? If OpenVPN TCP of UDP?

The wifi signal of the device is error which reboot then it’s resolved. Thanks
