I am able to control my systems with the comet RM1 and using the keyboard and I can easily switch from one server to another with my non IP KVM however when I try to use the mouse, nothing is working.
Anyone have an idea ?

I guess you're using a KVM switch that switches via hotkeys. These devices usually have ports labeled specifically for keyboard or mouse, meaning they only accept keyboard or mouse input.
Is the solution then would be to attach a split usb cable to connect one too keyboard and one for the mouse ?
nope, I should say I haven't conducted extensive testing on this type of KVM switch, but based on the samples I've purchased for testing, we basically don't support this kind of KVM switch.
You can find their supported list in the PIKVM documentation. It seems most KVM switches are controlled via UART.
