None of the functions have ever worked. The output of atxpower /dev/ttyACM0 power_state returns off. My case light works (fractal define R5) but and the cables are connected to my motherboard exactly as before. Fpanel has two power LED options if that helps.
yes one board is working normal the other board connected to the same pc doesnt work. (PC Model is Asrock Deskmeet x600)
@hand0

So that I can follow up with you. Thank you.
Could you please try reversing the polarity of the POWER SW ?
I also wonder when did you get this ATX board and does it never worked ever?
Hi Kyrie ive tried already to reverse the polarity of the PowerSwitch does not help. It was from Order Number #EU34454 23.09.2025. It doesnt worked since beginning so really it looks like DOA.
@Kyrie i have contact with CS stuff team. Fedex want to pickup two times the rma board. i asked cs stuff member daisy for the needed rma label or qr code but i never got answer from your stuff. In the meantime i ordered two atxboards from amazon.de. i tested both on the same pc where one of the two atxboards from first order works perfect. Both atxboards from new amazon.de order have the same error power switch does never work. Are there maybe different hardware revisions available? What else can i do? Attached are pictures from the one which works.
Hi, I just communicated with Daisy. She has sent two emails (dated October 31st and November 6th) but has not received a response from you. We would like to confirm whether you have received and processed these emails, as we suspect there may be a technical issue with the email system.
I would like to confirm if both newly purchased ATX boards are encountering the same compatibility issue – one functioning properly while the other fails to operate in the same host machine?
both from the new order from amazon.de doesnt work. i tested both in the same pc where the one from first order work fine.
got two mails from daisy but unfortunately there wasnt an rma label or qr code attached. I responded on the second (30.10.) but never got answer maybe really a mail problem…
There was PDF files attached to the email. Could you please double-check if the attachment was missing from the email you received?
i searched the old mail now again but there is unfortunately no pdf attached. At the moment i got a new mail from your stuff but again the pdf ist missing.
That's weird, I will check again, please wait.
We will get a new rma label and I will try sending to you via PM, and then you can contact Daisy to complete the follow-up work.
I wanted to provide an update on my setups.
I got 2 new boards and the new comet PoE for a second system in. The second system, put the ATX board in, hooked the KVM up, all works great, toggle function for power and reset works.
To my original system, I installed the new atx board to replace the non-functional one. This one the LEDs are functional on the board now which was good to see, however same result, both power and reset buttons do nothing. Swapped connectors polarity and made no difference
The new ATX boards can work in the new system but still cannot work in the original one?
I assume there is an issue of compatibility between your original system and ATX board.
That is correct. My thoughts as well. The board in the non functional system is a GIGABYTE B760M DS3H DDR4.
Mosfets were probably a bad design choice for this application if I'm being honest and physical relays would likely have eliminated any compatibility issues caused from the characteristics of fets.
Overall im retiring the incompatible system anyways for other reasons so its not a huge deal, I will be moving this KVM/ATX board to my main gaming rig which is also racked in my server rack.
The functional system is a Asrock Z690 Pro RS.
@hand0 I have send the RMA LABEL to you via PM, please check if you received it.
I finally had a chance to get back to this, I flipped the cable around like the other user and then reversed the polarity and it worked. However, now I'm still not getting the case button LED to light up. Any other recommendations?
I pre-ordered back in April off the website and received in May, Order #US23089
Hi, We have received the ATX Board you return. Through our test, this one works fine.
So we assume the issue happens from the connecting method or there is a compatibility issue with your device's mother board.
