KVM Comet + Button - NO HDMI SIGNAL DETECTED

Hello, I am using my Comet on my laptop to work remotely from my home, but this morning I can't see my screen. No problem, I click the button. Maybe it’s in deep sleep and can’t detect the mouse. Nothing. Okay, I start to panic. I click for 12s, which has to reboot the laptop. Nothing. 30s nothing. I click 1s again, still nothing. Now I have to work, and I can't access my computer until next week. Here are my exported logs; please help me

You need to understand a prerequisite: KVM must remain connected before the computer goes to sleep in order to control the device after it enters sleep mode. However, based on your logs, it appears that the KVM has restarted after your computer went to sleep. In this scenario, the KVM cannot control a device that is already in sleep mode. You will need someone to physically wake up your computer.

The best way to avoid this problem is not to configure your computer to hibernate.

Hello. But I did not restart my KVM, and also I have the Fingerbot since this is what it’s advertised for. And when I click for 12s and the computer shuts down, I have all three icons in the bottom left orange, so not connected, but when I click 1s to wake up the computer, the keyboard icon turns blue. Also, I think I got other errors after a restart; see my updated logs.

With error init rv1126 encoder failed

And thank you

This log is from when the KVM just started up, expecting HDMI input, but there was none in reality.

Perhaps someone tampered with the KVM's power supply, or in extremely rare cases, the KVM crashed and restarted.

Okay so there must be a procedure if i use the Fingerbot to restart the computer and then restart the KVM it should work no? if not what is the real use of the Fingerbot.

and thank you

If you use the fingerbot to press the power button, the screen should display normally.Because your computer was physically awakened.

Sorry but it’s not working i can see that the computer turnedON because the keyboard icon is blue like i showed you before but no screen.

An unseen issue, perhaps the keyboard icon is displaying incorrectly? Because it only records the last state, in this situation, if you press a keyboard key, will it still remain blue?

yes it stays. and if the computer is shut down it turn’s orange. can’t you check the logs.
this is really vexing because i taught having this setup i should not be in this postion.
And thank you for your help again
