Title. My two phones connected to them just fine on 2.4GHz and 5GHz, but on my laptop, it displays an x over both wifi networks and everytime I try to connect it says “cannot connect to this network.” I am using ethernet right now, repeater turned off and a vpn on. How do I solve this, why is this only on my laptop?
Are you using WPA2 or WPA3 on the Beryl? Try WPA2 if the latter.

It seems the Wi-Fi adapter in your laptop may be a few years old &/or your OS may not be aware of it, 'is all. You’d have to check the specs for that specific chipset.
