Lock tab for the GL.iNet GL-AXT1800(Slate AX) power adapter

How can one get another lock tab for the GL.iNet GL-AXT1800(Slate AX)
power adapter? Somehow it fell off or broke off and got lost or
misplaced.

The power adapter still connects and supplies power but
it can easily become disconnected since the small lock
latch is missing.
