just restored as factory reset this plug.in is not installed by default luci-i18n-mwan3-it. what is it for?

This is a mwan3 language pack (probably Italy), do you need this plugin?

Is the router AX1800, and the firmware v4.7.0?

The "luci-i18n-mwan3-it" is on the Flint 2 repo, both the 4.7.0-op24 and stable 4.7.4.

but if by default the man1 port with wan is not installed it works as a load balance and if I install the load balance plug in it stops working

If you install the plugin mwan3 and then WAN 1 will be stopped to work?

Please check the WAN port status on the GL GUI -> Network -> Network Port Management -> WAN, and please re-plugged the network cable, export and share the issue syslog with us to check.
