Lucy-mod-rpc missing from firmware 4.8.3

lucy-mod-rpc is no longer a plugin option in firmware version 4.8.3, it was there in the previous version. If I try to install it manually I get the error message “opkg_install_cmd: Cannot install package luci-mod-rpc” so it’s missing from the repository? This has broken the link to the network monitoring tool I use, is there a way to install it?
