I have searched all the images of the user interface and I can’t see any functions except really basic ones on the menus.
I need mac filtering to not allow certain PCs. Does this router support mac filtering? Or do I have to get the more expensive AR300m version because it has 128mb more memory for installing a plugin (openwrt extension?) to have MAC filtering functionality?

You should be able to do this in advanced settings (luci).
The software is pretty the same for all the models.
