Toggle and run speedtest on different LTE/NR bands to quickly test which is the fastest in the current spot.
I think the touchscreen allows you to configre network setttings like on previous models
The screen can be used to swap the configuration without needing to access the webUI.
Toggling between VPN or Wireguard profile.
Maybe can be used to kick out unauthorized client too 
I guess you can enable wifi or vpn profiles from the touchscreen.

Really looking forward to it. I think the touchscreen might be used to change upstream SIM profiles or wired/wireless bridge instantly with loadbalancing or fallback feature as other gl.inet routers provides.
It would be very nice if we could use esims without plugging a sim card in the device, just like how an iphone/android phone can do it.

It is difficult to guess the screen's functionality, but features such as the number of clients and performance will probably not be omitted. It would be nice to see a little more choice in terms of network selection and slightly more accurate results in terms of coverage and possible alternatives.
My guess is that the display will allow to select and activate multiple VPNs

Setup SIMS/eSIMS priority and toggle between them
Indeed this would be just perfect, but it would still need to have a sim card slot

Maybe we can see connection statistics - current traffic - not only counters but maybe speeds.
