I’m using a mifi in a remote location and would like to configure the device to power up automatically when power is applied to usb without having to turn it on via the power button.
Is this possible?

This is the default action in MiFi v2.5.
In earlier version you need to use the power button.
Not sure what version I have, will check tomorrow. If its an older version can anything be done?
The version number is printed under the PCIE module.
I you have soldering skills you can modify it to power on without using the power button.
