Okay,
I booted up successfully through the UART p2 & p3 to UART-to-USB Converter to the PC !

Minimum Board Procedure:

Simply solder the Domino CORE Chip to the DI-Board.
Solder across R6.
Connect 10k Resistor across p5 to p6.
Connect USB +3.3V and Gnd- to p7=3.3V and p6=Gnd.
Use a Term to the USB ComPort at 115K baud.

Caution - this may put an overdrain on the PC USB Port.

I havent done it, but should be doable.
One question tho, what projects do you have in mind for the core only board?

I have a good assortment of projects, that I want to test.
I am an Embedded Robotics Engineer
LCDs, SD Card, Accelerometer, Gyro, Motors, etc.
I will use the Arduino projects, as base model designs.

But, I want to find a GCC compiler to do a lot of these projects.

Hey why not use and external MCU for that matter?
you can use Arduino mini also.
You can use firmatta in Arduino and send the commands via Serial port that is hosted in a webserver in the Domino Core.

Actually, I bought these Core Boards for their simplicity but also for their High Speed and Large Ram Capabilities,

like using for Camera Video Processing. Additional Ext Chip seems like extra labor - and wasted resources.

I want to use them for the many Robots that I build.
I have about 60 Robots currently being Developed now here in my Lab at home at the moment.
(not including the many Robots that I have already built in past years)
