MT-3000 Beryl doesn't working

Hi everyone,

I own an MT-3000 Beryl, and after performing a firmware update, the device completely stopped working. When I plug in the power source, the lights come on for about 10 seconds, then the device shuts off. A few seconds later it powers back on, and the same cycle repeats endlessly.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or know what might be going on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Check if the power supply is able to deliver enough Watt. I faced the same when connecting an IPad to same power adapter. With only the router connected all works fine. As soon as I add more consumers then the router drops.

Hi

Yes, first please make sure the power supply meets the 5V/3A specifications or that you're using the original power adapter.
Then, wait about 10 minutes to see if the router returns to normal operation.

If the LED still isn't a flashing blue or solid white, the router may have a firmware issue.
In this case, please attempt to reflash the firmware using the U-boot method with our debricking guide:

Please ensure you download the specific firmware file for U-boot and use Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge for the process. Do not use Firefox.

If re-flashing the firmware doesn't solve the problem, please contact our after-sales support team at [email protected] for further assistance.

Tried to debrick the router, and thankfully it worked. So in the end the problem was about the update of the firmware I was doing.

Thank you very much for the help.
