MT-300N 3.100 shows incorrect version

I just upgraded from 3.026 but the Upgrade tab on the router GUI still shows 3.026 after flashing.

Is there a way to tell the version some other way?

sure. in the vpn section there is new tab, “internet kill switch” introduced in 3.1.
if you have it than you are on 3.1, if not, your upgrade tab is genuine.

You should also have Tor in the VPN section on 3.100

Thanks for those hints; I was not on 3.100.

For some reason, the upgrade did not work using Chrome (which is my default browser) even after a couple of attempts but worked using Microsoft Edge.
