MT1300 power requirements

Hi there,

I have an MT1300 and I’ve moved my internal wiring over to PoE. However all the PoE splitters I find say they provide 5V/2.4A to USB-C. Is this enough for the MT1300? It says it comes with a 5V/3A power plug which suggests not but is it just overpowered for the purpose?

The MT1300 only uses like 600mah. So anything with 1A will do, as long as you have nothing plugged into the USB port.

Cool I suspected something like that … but didn’t consider the extra power requirements of an accessory though!
