MT3000: Limit Speed does not appear in the clients menu

Hello I have a GL-MT3000 router, running v4.7.0

Although it's mentioned in the documentation, the Limit Speed function does not appear in the client list entries under Actions, when I click on the three dots to the right. Does it have to be enabled somewhere else? Or perhaps it is not enabled for wireless clients, only ethernet?

Interestingly, the Limit Speed option started appearing for all lines once I connected using the Android app from my phone.
