MT6000 4.8.2 - Ring Cam disconnected

I have updated my nt6000 to recent firmware 4.8.2 and now i cant seen view my ring cam but when i check on my base station its says online. This just happend when i upgtaded to the latest firmware. I did check keep settings. Please help.

Do you have VPN on?
For Blink cameras, it only works with the VPN off (or by-passed).

Yah vpn on and when i turn off vpn i can live view. Its just when connected on vpn . Its just started when i upgraded to the 4.8.2.. i dont have any problem on 4.7.7 firmware even vpn is on

Please try switching VPN Mode to Policy, then set the Ring Cam to the exclude list.
