MT6000 cannot visit 'Local Startup'

My router GL-iNet MT6000 suddenly have the following problem.

Now I cannot visit the 'Initscripts' or 'Local Startup' by browsing the following. However, this can be done around 2 weeks ago. I haven't make any change during these 2 weeks. All other 'Luci' menu seems working properly. Also the router function normally even with this issue.

Any expert can tell me what had happened and what I can do to fix it?

Hi,

What firmware version is your MT6000?
Is it available to access if change the browser?

Have you installed any plugins recently?
Have you edited /etc.rc.local or modified /etc/rc.d recently?

May I know how to reproduce this?

You can try reinstalling the firmware (same version, and keep settings).
If no luck, only reset the firmware to check again.

Thanks Bruce!

I am using firmware 4.6.2 for my MT6000.
I haven't try other browser except Chrome no matter PC Windows or Android mobile. Anyway, I will try other browser shortly.

Additional softwares were installed from OPKG such as Python3, acme, vsftpd, lighttpd, php7, v2ray, and etc. However, no additional software was installed in the past few months.
I have added a line in '/etc/rc.local' to run a shell script in the past few days. However, got the result after removing the additonal line. I didn't make any change to /etc/rc.d.

Amazingly, it return to normal after nearly a week with this issue. It works proplerly just before writing this reply. No idea why!

It return to normal now.
I will try your suggestion if this issue appear next time.
Thanks anyway!
