EE prepaid data sim in Mudi 7 fails to connect 50% of time - seems random - restart unit and it fails, force a sim switch it fails then next time it will work - Tried limiting to IPV4 and disabled Roaming - no change - only had it a day, very fustrating - sim works fine in other routers
£ Sim works fine with no issues.
I have the same problem with T-Mobile (Germany).
Sim is in slot 1.
I tried both slots, no change - Three SIM has been fine for last couple of hours and about 20 restarts.
Did you try just using the device without any VPN etc just see if it works plain vanilla? Some people immediately setup up their devices with all the features without know if it just works vanilla

Was as plain as can be - no VPN etc.

Same issue with a Three SIM as well now - Band 3 masking workaround works
No sure its strictly necessary but to add additional info. Same issue (and workaround) with Lycamobile UK which is an MVNO running on EE’s network in the UK.
