Mudi 7 Esim from Orange Romania no connection

Hello

Looking for some help. I bought an esim from Orange Romania. I installed it with no problem outside Romania. Now I’m in Romania, the esim won’t connect and gives the error message (attached also).

Connection failed...

eSIM unregistered. Please check in eSIM Management whether the eSIM profile is enabled or requires Top-up , or contact your eSIM provider to confirm any special restrictions, and verify that the APN settings are correct. Current APN: net Network Troubleshooting Guide

If the issue persists, please download the logs and send them to support@gl-inet.com .

There is a full Orange signal available on my iPhone and I’ve tried this at several locations.

Any suggestions?

Hello

Please upgrade Mudi 7 to the latest firmware v4.8.5 and try again. For your issue, it's advised to perform firmware upgrade without keeping settings.

Did you remain the router configuration when performing firmware upgrade? If so, I suggest to try a factory reset.

I updated the router and did not retain configuration already. This happened before I installed the Orange Romania Esim. Therefore the position is:

  1. Mudi 7 upgraded to the new firmware - did not retain configuration so a clean install
  2. Clean install of Orange Romania Esim
  3. Esim fails to connect.
